Best Poster AwardThe Best Poster Award will reward the best three eligible posters for their design quality, the clarity and pedagogy of their presentation and the quality of associated abstract. The Best Poster Award has been rewarded to: 1st Prize: Roger Tormo Queralt, PhD Student, ICFO, Spain. "Towards a Carbon Nanotube Mechanical Qubit" 2nd Prize: Johanna Wolff, PhD Student, IPCMS, France. "Probing the magnetic phase transition of a few-layer FePS3 suspended membrane" 3rd Prize: Thibaud Ruelle, PhD Student, Basel University, Switzerland. "Towards Hybrid OM with hBN in a Fiber-based Fabry-Pérot Cavity" A jury gathering experts both from academia and industry has visited and reviewed the posters during both dedicated sessions (see conference planning). The prizes has been awarded at the end of the conference, Tuesday 16th Nov. at 5 pm.
